In the next 2-3 years you are going to trip on something new that is something old and let me tell you something, the proto's that are being tested right now are spot on. The other thing you don't know is that once these intricate pieces of steering devices start to get bought out, their value will as well. Because when he decides it's time to hang it up, "the ART of fin making" will be lost forever. Mark my words on this one. And whether you ride a 5'10" tri, quad or five fin, or surf old school drop knee LB, progessive LB or even a race keel or an 8'4" five fin, when the professor says enough, all the years of wisdom will be legendary art. I have a ncp paddle board, the shaper uses the small short board future fin box. Future has a race fin for a SUP board but the for the larger long board box.
