Rick Bullock has been shaping surfboards for over 30 years and like many surfboard builders has his own theories and outlooks on the art of surfing and board building. Having shaped for some of the best surfers in the world as well as every day local surfers he has vast experience in a variety of surfboard designs and wave conditions.
